  • Recruitment announcements, schedule interviews and control the written exam
  • Collect employee history, reminders, leave, training history, seminars
  • Supervise and control the recording of leave information overtime
  • Taking care of various employment contracts, informing about social security and provident fund
  • Supervise the sending of personnel of the company to various training seminars
  • Organize annual travel and various parties
  • Collect allowance Employee reimbursement to deliver to the Finance Department
  • Collect and summarize employee monthly performance measurement data.

  • Taking care of the orderliness in the company
  • Order tools, equipment and supplies in the company
  • Notify the repair of working equipment or any part in the office there is damage
  • Maintain equipment stock
  • Liaise with various as assigned

Qualification

  • Male/Female, age 25 years and over
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration/Social Sciences/Humanities or other related
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR field
  • Good communication skills and personality Negotiation Techniques
  • Able to use basic computers (Ms.Office/HR Software)
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Attention to detail and attention to work
